Merris bakery proudly creates some of the most delicate and delectable pastries you will ever have the pleasure of enjoying!  Our goal is to but a smile on your face with some of the best breads, pastries, chocolates, and other fine treats using recipes culled from thousands of the best bakeries around the world.  

We believe that once you taste our fresh breads you will never go back to ‘store’ bought breads again.  The difference in fine, artisan style baking is truly something you must experience.  Our pastries are the result of thousands of hours of practice and training – you won’t find anything like them in the chain stores!  We use only the finest ingredients in all of our baking, but we have an exceptional focus on our chocolates.  We import different chocolates from across the world, and for many of our signature desserts we actually hand make the chocolate from the raw beans!

We have literally hundreds of different items every day – from breads to cakes, from pastries to chocolates – and our recipe collection includes thousands of different treats.  We offer many of our signature items every day, but we guarantee if you stop by regularly you will always find something new and different to sample!

In addition to our café style restaurant we also offer catering and delivery.   Please contact us well in advance of your event so we can work with you to plan the perfect selection of delicious Merris Delights!
